Purpose

The needs analysis survey is designed to go straight to the source – you, the West Australian farmer – to investigate the safety practices on WA farms and uncover the solutions, services and assistance the farming community would like to receive from Farmsafe WA Alliance.

This is the first time in Farmsafe WA Alliance’s 16-year history that we have gone straight to the farmers to ask you what you would like from us. To the best of our knowledge it is also the first time a survey of this nature has been undertaken in Australia.

Please help us create history, and in the process help you, by completing survey questionnaire by July 30, 2010.

About Farmsafe WA Alliance

Farmsafe WA Alliance aims to protect farming families and workers and improve farm business performance through better safety awareness and practices. Farmsafe WA Alliance is an independent, non-government, not-for-profit, incorporated body and an organisation of farmers, community and industry groups.

Our mission is to form partnerships with the WA farming community and identify health and safety issues, provide knowledge and motivation, develop strategies and help find solutions for improved work practices and lifestyles.

Confidentiality

All information received by Farmsafe WA Alliance will be treated as strictly confidential and used for no other purpose than this survey. We do not require any identifying information, including names and addresses (unless you would like to join our mailing list and be in the running to win one of our sponsor's prizes).
